Beh, diciamo che l'esempio non è proprio corretto.
Sei hai un DB enorme non usi certo SQL Express, per tutti i limiti che ha.
Se usi la versione standard saprà utilizzare il multi thread.
Conseguentemente sfrutterai le vCPU aggiuntive.
