Hi,
You need to check wheter you have enabled VT-x in BIOS.
To do that, you have to Restart your computer and enter BIOS.
In BIOS go to Security section and select Virtualization.
There you can find two options:
Inter Virtualization Technology
Inter VT-d Feature
Make sure both are enabled.
