Further looking ESXi host fails with PSOD when using Intel Xeon Processor E5 v4, E7 v4, and D-1500 families (2146388) | VMware KB Look into additional info. similar backtrace is visible. Reported issue can occur when running a supported version of ESXi host with Intel Xeon Processor E5 v4, E7 v4, and D-1500 families, you may experience these symptoms. Looks like its a Hardware issue and need system BIOS (firmware) upgrade. Check kb for more details.
