However, clustered (MSCS) virtual machines should not be part of Vmware (DRS/HA) Clusters Why do you need to use RDM? Unless you're doing a Microsoft Cluster, its almost always best to stick with VMFS...there are no performance benefits to RDM, but it is required for SAN tool access.
