Hello JPM00​ Welcome to Skyline Community! There is a known issue with a vCenter versions 6.5 and 6.7, which affects the way LogAssist requests are handled, it would be resolved in the next major vCenter release. Unfortunately, there is not workaround other than manually deleting the files.

Go to configuration Tab Click on vCenter Select the vCenter and click on 'Edit' Update the vCenter details Once the changes are made on the Collector, the changes will reflect in the next 48 to 72 hours on Skyline Advisor.

Hello jbgorrie​ Can you please confirm if the VM in question is created as a Windows VM or a Linux VM? The system draws the OS information from the label on VM configuration. If the VM is created as a Windows VM and RHEL is installed the system would still consider it as Windows VM. Hello johnw230873​ vRealize Operations Manager versions 6.6, 6.7 and 7.0 are supported by Skyline Collector version 2.2. The status of the Collector on the Skyline Advisor is not current, there is a delay. Please check on the Collector admin page from your local network: Log on to Skyline Collector admin page( https://<Collector VM IP> Fo to the Status tab and select the vRealize Operations Manager You should be able to see the current status. If you see any error, edit the endpoint and update the credential, if the issue persists, share the error as per Collector admin page.

Hello Mike, Proactive findings are updated every 48 to 72 hours. Skyline is an analytical tool, it is not designed to provide realtime alerts,  it will need to gather data over a time interval to provide analysis, hence the set intervals. Any critical alerts on the system are displayed on your vSphere client.

Hello virtualgirl​ The notifications are sent to the email address of the MyVMware account Skyline instance is associated with. We do not have option to configure an email address to recive alerts only. As a workaround you can setup a MyVMware account with the email address you need alerts on and associate it with the Skyline instance.

It could be either an external PSC or an custom domain(other than vsphere.local).
