The only 1 of the 3 items you've completed so far which will be relevant is attending the Horizon 8: Deploy and Manage training. Once you pass the Professional Horizon 8.x exam you'll have met all of the requirements for VCP-DTM 2021. As you'll then hold that VCP you will then only have one requirement to meet for VCP-DCV 2021, that is passing the Professional vSphere 7.x exam. The order in which you complete the requirements for any VCP is not important, so if you passed the vSphere exam first and then the Horizon exam you will still have met the requirements for both VCPs. In short, yes.

Is the interface to carry out the exam VCAP-DCV 2020 Deploy in html5 or always webclient?  No idea, I haven't done it.   Are there still HOLs for VCAP DVC 6 or have all been retired?  VMware do retire older HOLs, I don't have any special insight into which ones are active and which ones are retired. The author of that simulator I linked to has their Twitter link towards the bottom of the post so maybe ask them.

@aenagy  There is no Foundations exam for vSphere 7, but if you’ve already passed Foundations for vSphere 6 that will do - even though the exam has retired your pass still counts. If you are already a VCP-DCV 2020 there is no Foundations requirement at all anyway, your path on that page would be the “VCP6-DCV or Newer”.
If you can do it in the next 2 months and your priority is VCDX qualification I think you would be better to stick with 6.x for the exams.
VMware have been in discussions and negotiations with Pearson, there's no date confirmed.

This should help to answer your question: Certification Upgrade Policy Update - VMware Learning Come January when the VCP switches to VCP-DCV 2021, you will be "2 versions back" so the option will remain for you to pass an exam to "upgrade" - the 2V0-21.20 exam would be ideal when you're ready.

If I took the VMware NSX-T Data Center: Troubleshooting and Operations [V2.4] course, will I be able to take the exam for VCAP-NV Design 2020 certification? There is no hard training requirement for a VCAP, it’s optional rather than mandatory. I would never expect a course to teach me everything I need to know for passing an exam. VCP certifications have a mandatory training requirement for first-timers, but the pre-requisite for all VCAPs is a VCP. What VCP do you already hold? What is the difference between VCAP-NV Deploy 2020 and VCAP-NV Design 2020? Deploy exams are live lab environments where you have to setup certain features and functions and troubleshoot problems. Design exams are based on the theoretical best practice solution for a given scenario.

I can't see dates for them in this: https://www.vmware.com/content/dam/digitalmarketing/vmware/en/pdf/certification/vmw-retired-certifications-exams-badges.… Retirements are usually announced here: VMware Education Services Note that a VCP is linked to the calendar year in which you completed the final requirement - I don't know if the VCP-DCV 2021 would also include 6.7-based exams or training.

Passing either of those exams today would earn you the same VCP-NV 2020 certification, so there’s no difference there. That is as long as you have met the training requirement for the VCP, assuming your current status would include training from the paths here: VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization 2020 (VCP-NV 2020) Which of the 2 versions do you use? Which are you most knowledgeable in? The 2.4 exam will retire sooner than the 3.0 version, however there is no public date for that to happen. What length of time do you think you would need to prepare for the exams? Those are the factors I would take into consideration if in your situation.

VTSP = VMware Technical Sales Professional A VTSP is a partner-only accreditation, usually taken only by technical sales people - most commonly referred to as "pre-sales" or a "systems engineer". There is a VTSP Foundation, plus separate VTSPs for each defined competency area. If you don't know much about NSX-T it won't do you any harm to learn the basics via the VTSP before you take your full class in August (presumably the NSX-T: Install Configure Manage class) If you are a partner, you should get access to the VTSP training through Partner University. If that is not the case, you or whoever in your company manages your partner relationship with VMware should get in touch with Partner Support.
That exam hasn't been released yet. It will be part of the VCAP-DCV Deploy 2020 - here's a screenshot from that page: The exam link you posted twice returns an error:
