Thanks for the reply, no I was just changing app config values and resaving and it wouldn't work. My team has been looking into this with VM for a week now. I did fix it though. Basically I updated 19.9.0.4 to 19.9.0.26 and the problem went away. Not sure what fixed it be it the update or something with the DB was cleaned up or what.
