I finally found a solution! 1.Uninstall "VMware tool" from the control panel. 2.Log on to this link: Here  Click on your number of bits at the bottom, then on the file with the white icon. Then start the download. 3.Now install it (The icon will not be the same as the last version) As soon as you are asked to restart, restart. 4.Now the VM has restarted go to Windows games. Check if any text appears. 5.Now try the "Windows Experience Index" test. It may make an error on your first try. Run the test again, and it should work.   Normally the problem is solved. How does it work? I switched to an older version of VMware tool. This is the most recent version without this bug.   If the problem is still present. Repeat the steps.

Finally I deleted a line in the configuration file "sound.virtualDev = "hdaudio" This seems to have fixed the problem. Sometimes the problem comes back but I think it's because of the lag of the virtual machine. Thanks for your help. If the solution doesn't work anymore I will come back to you.
