I must say I hadn't heard of Defender until today. Turns out it's been renamed to NSX Advanced Threat Protection You can find the basic info here: https://www.vmware.com/content/dam/digitalmarketing/vmware/en/pdf/docs/vmw-nsx-advanced-threat-prevention-ds.pdf (check the bottom of page 2 for info on the rename) ATP runs on the NSX Application platform which in itself requires a Tanzu/Kubernetes cluster. I don't believe it's included with any ALB licenses, but I might be mistaken.

To be honest I don't think moving VMs around, based on how much memory they use, is not a good way to balance a cluster. That is why DRS uses more indicators to do just that. If you still want to use this logic, there are a couple of things you should add to the code. - remember if a VM was already moved - check if the average memory consumption on each ESXi node in the cluster is located within a reasonable range. Calculating and optimising/minimisng the Standard Deviation of the memory consumption looks like an option.

Hello, From your second screenshot your datastore are in a "degraded" state so first of all I would use the iDRAC tool to check or exclude the presence of errors related to your volumes. In another thread of yours you say that your RAID volumes seem healthy, but I have some doubts. Regards, Ferdinando
also we have same issues with 9080 9443 port, but latest version of vcenter(7.0 u3o) solved the false positive issue.
Yes these things are apart from the obvious space checks  and permission checks on the directories in the sftp server. Also try without any configuring any backup schedule once and check please.

Hello, PLease once check that your directories for cluster-backup is formed on the sftp server your using. Also please check the NSX manager cluster status through UI and also check the cluster status through the CLI command "get cluster status". For further config details you can use CLI command "get cluster config". Through the CLI commands check all is fine with the cluster and its status, and  then try a backup again . Hope this would help. Regards Sriram
I am able to login without any error. Have you tried clearing your browser cache or tried with incognito window? Regards, Sachchidanand
One thing I need help with is to stop the loop of migrating VMs when the cluster is reasonably balanced. Any ideas how to perform this?

これで、頭の中の棲み分けがすっきりいたしました。 ありがとうございました。

25Gb=3.125GB notice the different between B(yte) and b(it).
yeah, I was thinking about something like Elastic Stack and nagios. it seemed that it's doable via vSphere sdk/api and this could be the simplest way?
Windows Server 2019 仮想マシンへ脆弱性対策の為、vmware tools 12.3.5 をインストールしたいのですが、問題ありませんでしょうか。 ESXiのバージョンも古いので気になりました。 よろしくお願いいたします。

I will run for a while this evening, and send the log during a failure when it occurs.  I will do this and then apply the changes that you have suggested.  In the past I have not needed to make any changes and VM's run hosted OS without issue.  Understand tweaking as necessary, but wanted to note that fact as point of reference.
I would seriously consider creating a new one.
