this one worked for me like adding entry into reverse dns for the vcsa i am upgrading make sure forward and reverse lookup have entries for the vcsa you are working on

Trying to upgrade 6.7u3 to 7.0u3 vcenter server, But upgrade was failed halfway through (found out that there is a version mismatch) now the Appliance page is running on a constant loop of update progress. I have tried all the solutions mentioned at this site https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/67179 but nothing seemed to work. we have four hosts in a cluster environment and managed by vcenter 6.7 Is there any other solution i should try?
