Recently I encountered a one-off problem. My server is connected to to a wall socket. During a power outage, the server went down, after powering up the server, the windows server application is still running(which is not supposed to). As the application is not to set to run after startup, I supposed the VM did not shutdown as the the shutdown behavior is set to default.
