I'm testing vcloud 10.0.0. after the ovf deploy I'm able to connect to 5480 but here I see the msg No nodes found in cluster, this likely means PostgreSQL is not running on this node. Consult the management UI from another node where PostgreSQL is running. Otherwise, check /opt/vmware/var/log/vcd/vcd_ova_ui_app.log if you think this is an error. And I'm not able to connect to the admin portal. On the NFS server I exported the shared directory, with the no_root_squash method. I did it adding the following line to the /etc/exports file: 192.x.y.z /nfsshare vCD_Cell1_IP_Address (rw,sync,no_subtree_check,no_root_squash)

Streching it using vSAN allows a customer to have 2 host in the 'main sarver room' where all the VMs run and 1 host in the 'secondary/DR server room' where the VMs will run only after an host failure. Hi I'm doing some tests around vcenter certificates. On my VCSA 6.0 I see that there's a certificate issued by CA. Downloading the trusted root CA certificate and importing it on the store of my win PC I see that the vcenter certificate is trusted by IE and Chrome. So my PC is trusting the CA that issued the vcenter certificate and obiouvsly it trusts the certificate. On another PC I wish to trust the vcenter certificate, not the CA, so I'm importing the certificate downloded form vcenter into the windowsTRUSTED PEOPLE store using certmgr. Now I.E. is trusting the certificate but not Chrome. What I'm what am I doing wrong?

SOLVED. The original VM has the following parameters added in the VMX hypervisor.cpuid.v0 = "FALSE" mce.enable = "TRUE“ vhv.enable = "TRUE“ Then it was exported in an OVF file and imported using an old .exe vsphere client. The 3 parameters disappeared and the problem arise.

The flow is: I have VMA: a win2012r2 VM I clone it and it I create VMB than do not boot correctly I boot VMB in safe mode I shutdown VMB I boot VMB and it works! then I tried to: boot VMA and it do not boot correctly I boot VMA in safe mode I shutdown VMA I boot VMA and it works I shutdown VMA I clone VMA and it I create VMC than do not boot correctly It's really strange
