For some reason, as explained in VMware Knowledge Base , the certificate does not copy over and causes the browser to block access stating "HSTS" is being used. From the kb article, there is a line called Copy CA cert chain to: vcsa-a:/ssl/machineSSL  # cp cachain.cer /etc/applmgmt/appliance/ca.crt I try and run the command, but it fails. I am sure there is something i am not understanding of what VMWare is asking me to do. Any help would be appreciated. I am using VSCA 6.7. Thanks

Hi, I have vCenter server appliance installed and running version 6.7.0.21000. When i try to go and start the update service (which is set to start automatically), I get an error that states "service crashed while starting". I do not know where to find the error logs for the crash. I have attached some of my shell session, if it helps. It displays the running services, and the error when trying to start update manager it via shell.
