Can you provide below information to get better understanding of the environment,      - Are you using distributed switch or standard vSwitch.      - Have you created a cluster with old hosts? as my earlier reply is based on you have a distributed switch and a cluster in the environment, vDS needs to be upgraded once all the hosts have been upgraded to a supported version. see earlier attachment for compatibility matrix.

Hi, Below configurations of SYS-6029-TRT are supported for 6.7 U1, however there is no mention of P4800X, i guess is that as long as required firmwares and drivers are made available by OEM, make and model of any SSD should not matter in ESXi installation.
It is possible to not have update manager installed by default and install at a later stage if using vCenter Windows Version. VUM is embedded in VCSA and no supported way around it exist.
can you share the hms server logs and grep for the VM name, to shed some light on the actual error thrown by the replication server.
as per the problem description, the issue seems to be with the lookup service, can you check if the lookup service is running on the intended default port.
Have no experience with PERC/iDRAC however, as long as the disk is visible across all the esxi hosts, you can increase the datastore capacity.

short answer - no. enhanced linked mode is configured at the time of PSC deployment and can not be reconfigured during the upgrade procedure, however you can deploy a new psc at each site, join these in a single SSO domain and repoint the vCenter to these PSC's. This can be done before or after the upgrade. Steps to be performed are documented here Consolidate SSO Domain before vSphere 6.5 upgrade | CloudVM however actual procedure might be different based on the version.

so what this $y="{0:D2}" -f $_ does is, it formats the given variable to two decimal points, so the whole scripts works something like this. $VM_prefix = "MSTEST-" $vm_count = "2" and VM name is being derived as $VM_name= $VM_prefix + $y so the VM name will end up looking like MSTEST-01 and MSTEST-02, everything else regular powershell stuff.

You can setup powershell profile to load the powercli modules in powershell for the user which will be used to run the scheduled tasks. Follow Customizing your PowerShell Profile to setup the profile. You can either load the whole powercli environment using below cmds, or you can load only the required modules. cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\Infrastructure\PowerCLI\Scripts\" .\Initialize-PowerCLIEnvironment.ps1

The issue is that you already have Intel_bootbank_net-ixgbe_3.19.1-1OEM.500.0.0.472560 installed on the esxi as evident from the snapshot. You need to create a new image profile from the same update package after removing the conflicting vib and than use the new update package for installation.  View vSphere ESXi Image Builder Installation and Usage  for complete instructions.
you need to provide permission at VM level as well as on the folder level to enable VMotion for VM's in that folder.
Try logging in with the domain name specified i.e. administrator@vsphere.local or any other domain that you have configured.

vCenter 6.7 doesn't support esxi below 6.0, so first upgrade the 5.5's to 6.X, depending on the number of hosts you can either deploy VUM on a VM or you can perform the upgrade manually. Once all the hosts have been upgraded to vCenter 6.7 supported version, you can use the VCSA migration tool to move away from the Windows based deployment. Detailed steps could be found here : https://www.techcrumble.net/2018/05/how-to-migrate-windows-based-vcenter-server-to-vcsa-6-7/
You can get rid of VPX_EVENT which contains the VIEvents details, also VPX_HIST_STAT4 contains the performance data, which can be cleaned up as per VMware Knowledge Base, if not required.
