we want to move virtual servers from our old system running vcenter vsan 6.7 to the vcenter 7.03 environment on the newly purchased vxrail system. I would like to learn about some of your field experiences before moving - How should I check the system before moving servers with Cross vCenter Migration - What is the difference between Cross vCenter Migration and Clone? which one is more logical to choose when switching to the new vxrail system? For which scenarios are these two methods suitable - it is said in the articles that vcenter should be Enhanced Linked Mode. my old system vcenter vsan 6.7 and the new system vcenter 7.0u3 on vxrail. how should I configure for Enhanced Linked Mode in these vcenters?
there is no way I can upgrade the old environment to the vcenter 7 suite. but how to move virtual machines there must be a method?

Which method should we follow and what are the points we should pay attention to? We want to move the vast majority of virtual machines without shutting down.there are a lot of tools, but can someone who has already built such systems recommend their experience and the fastest trouble-free method?

Why don't we create 2 switches? Is there a special reason? we can add 2 nic for every virtual switch  . Is this a wrong design?  There are 2 x 1 GB nic on the server and 1 GB physical switch for ESXi management ports in the environment. Do you mind if I use 1gb for the management port? Can you share your experiences here?
I want to draw about my virtual product. Can you suggest a tool with which program and I can find the icons like in the example.
there is a san switch and it is connected with fiber cable.

What happens if I don't use 2 x 1 GB ethernet cards? Is it okay if I use 2 x 10 GB management - VMotion 2 x 10 VM networks? Also, should I configure one or two standard switches?

can I do virtual machine replication from vsphere replication 6.7 to 7 u3 vcenter cluster ? Also, since the data is very large, I will do the replication in the same data center and then take it to a distant place and start the replication incrementally again. Is this possible ?
How did you detect that it is compatible?

I cannot move some of the virtual servers on esxi hosts, which have different models on 4 esxi hosts, to other esxi hosts. I did not see any evc errors or suggestions while adding the new host to the cluster. now i am getting an error when migrating some virtual servers to others over this new host. I wanted to open evc mode while virtual machines were running. I tried all the options on evc mode but I am getting the attached error. What do you think could be the problem and what should I do? I am getting the following error while migrating the virtual machine. but on some virtual machines I don't get this error on the same host APPXER01 172.20.19.21 The target host does not support the virtual machine's current hardware requirements.
