Hi, On ESXi 7.0U1, they claim 4096 vCPU's are supported. I am using 4S- 28 core server in my environment. I am trying to increase the maximum vCPU using the command "esxcfg-advcfg -j maxvCPUs", which is not working. Did anyone seen this kind of issues in their environment? I am having EVALUATION license on my ESXi server. Regards, Vasu
Hi, I had the same issue.  I solved this issue by changing the "CD/DVD drive 1" and "Floppy drive 1"  to "Client device". You have to do on all Virtual machines by selecting the "Edit options... See more...
Hi, I had the same issue.  I solved this issue by changing the "CD/DVD drive 1" and "Floppy drive 1"  to "Client device". You have to do on all Virtual machines by selecting the "Edit options". Then perform the vMotion, you will  see all available servers in the cluster. I am using 6.7 version. Regards, Vasu
