Hi All I want to configure permissions in my Vsphere environment to allow a user to create and use virtual machines. None of the templates that shipped with vSphere 5.1 allow me to assign permissions to create virtual machines and deploy vms from a template. Can anyone point me in the direction of good documentation on the subject? This does not need to be vmware documentation, third pary documents will also do. I am trying to avoid reading a document with hundreds of pages, so I prefer any concise documents that are available. I could include in this discussion a summary of my environment and the error messages, but I want to first look at documentation.
Hi I have a host that crashed twice today. I am somewhat familiar with PF Exception 14 in world but I would like some help. Here is the crash screen. Thank you in advance!

Hi I have two virtual machines that now have multiple virtual disks after I took a snapshot of each and then removed the snapshot. I have attempted disk consolidation (vSphere reported that disk consolidation was needed and the process succeeded) on one of these virtual machines (unsvmnav02 as shown below) but this did not resolve the issue. How can I get back to the one original virtual disk? I am providing screenshots of each virtual disk for both virtual machines below.

I have some more information regarding this error. I first encountered the error last night when my host crashed that was hosting vCenter. This morning I rebooted the host and that eventually allowed me to log in to vCenter and restart my virtual machines. The error with logging in to the hosts persisted with this reboot. I would also like to know if anyone can shed some light on the stop screen for the host when it crashed:
