From my understanding the best approach is, install ESXi on the two new servers, add them to the existing vCenter, and then migrate the VMs including vCenter server to new ESXi hosts and then decommission old ESXi hosts from the environment. This is a high level suggestion and if you need more info for a better approach we might require some additional details about your environment. Like existing server specs, new server specs, ESXi and vCenter versions, Shared storage availability etc.   please thumbs up if this helps.

Yes, KB article explain this itself. Note: If you need to update multiple products in your environment, start with updating the product with the lowest sequence number. After you update the product, update the product with the next sequence number. If a product is not present in your environment, update the subsequent product. If you need to update two products with the same sequence number, the order of update does not matter.   https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/78221   Please mark helpful or correct if my answer resolved your issue.

I have recently configure vSphere auto deploy in my VCSA running 7U1 and after a VCSA reboot auto deploy is disabled and I need to enable it again. Is this the default behavior or is there anything wrong with my VCSA ? I have my all settings after I re enable the auto deploy though.

I was able to download it by creating a new VMware account.
