I am trying to upgrade a Esxi host from 5.5 U2 to U3 through Update Manager but while doing remediation i am getting error "Cannot run upgrade script on host". Found below KB and able to find the logs as specified. But i am not able to find any state file in the bootbank and altbootbank. Upgrading a VMware ESXi host fails with the error: Cannot run upgrade script on host (2007163) | VMware KB Can anyone suggest me what to do next?
