Hi, As per my understanding your environment recently upgrade vSphere & storage. So most likely we have to look below points. From VM: 1, run the performance reports for specific VM , when the issue occurred. check what cause the issue, ( Like CPU ready like, Network latency , high memory usage) From VMware : 1, Is that current vsphere version support your VM Guest OS? 2, update VMware Tools 3, Upgrade VMware hardware version From Storage: 1, check whether they move the datastore from high speed disk to Low Disk ( Like FC, SAS to SATA ), also check with storage team, whether the move to different RAID level
