Hi @g0rbi  Great thanks for the update!
@g0rbi  I need to check this with the team responsible for managing the update portal. In the meantime, if the checksum matched did you try VCG update?
@g0rbi , The output which I posted was after trying the download manifest file using wget.

Hi @g0rbi  Checksum should be the same, looks like something is blocking from downloading the complete payload locally ? Do you know the reason behind it ?

Hi @kurimargo , Let me try reproducing the first case you explained about upgrading SHD from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2 changing the proxy settings, for that can you please let us know what was the previous proxy configuration value and whats the new proxy configuration value which is auto assigned by SHD ? On the other note, SHD appliance needs to connect to shd-download.vmware.com portal for checking for VCG updates & downloading it from the same portal over 443 port, you might need to look into the proxy setting, proxy server for resolving the above FQDN & reachability.

Hi @Joffer77 , Presently SHD does not support linked mode vCenters for plugin registration, it supports only Embedded vCenters.

Hi @phardcastle2016 ,   This is probably an older ISO based install. You can either move to new OVA based installation using migration and steps mentioned at SHD_Migration_Steps or run the following command to install the dependency manually and then try the update   i)                If the appliance is able to reach to the internet, login to shell as root user and execute tdnf install pcre ii)               If no internet connection available, manually download the rpm following RPMs and copy it over to SHD appliance. Install each using rpm -U path_to_copied_rpm in the same order https://packages.vmware.com/photon/3.0/photon_release_3.0_x86_64/x86_64/pcre-libs-8.42-1.ph3.x86_64.rpm https://packages.vmware.com/photon/3.0/photon_release_3.0_x86_64/x86_64/pcre-8.42-1.ph3.x86_64.rpm https://packages.vmware.com/photon/3.0/photon_release_3.0_x86_64/x86_64/pcre-devel-8.42-1.ph3.x86_64.rpm
