I do have my MyLearn account registered to my private email address, and have that account associated to my company on the partner portal. The account is still registered to my private email address (but can be accessed from both accounts), and there was no issue with associating the account to a new employer a few years back. André

If the VATCs won't sponsor you, that usually means they also wouldn't have any freelance/contract work for you even if you were a VCI - perhaps there are already enough active VCIs in your geogra...

Whether you work for a VATC or a VITA you should already know where to get the slides from. If not, talk with whoever looks after your partner program.
