Hey all, I'm wondering if anyone else has any student manuals that they have downloaded via the VitalSource Bookshelf where the print or PDF quality is dreadful? There was an update a few months ago for the VitalSource Bookshelf (macOS) and when I print pages from the lecture manual (to my printer or to PDF) it's very blurry for the text. Best Regards, spg123

Hello, How does one go about getting a quote for training? I need to be able to provide documentation to the company I work for showing the exact dollar amount of the training. Is purchasing credits the only way to get a 'discount' for taking multiple classes? I would like to take: VMware vRealize Automation: Install Configure Manage [V8.3] VMware Horizon 8: Deploy and Manage VMware vRealize Operations: Install Configure Manage [V8.2] Each class seems to be $4250 or 43 Credits. So that would be 129 credits. Which means the cost would be $10,950 vs. $12,750. I have tried to make contact with individuals listed on the VMware website as 'Sales' for training. They don't answer emails or phone calls period.

Sometimes student miss the right smiley face, or would like to change his/her answers in the Eval form. How to allow this? Previously there was a "Void" button in MyLearn admin, but now I am not able to see that. Only "Flag" is listed, but dont know, what the Flag is doing. Any Idea?

Hi Ram,
Here is the link to the License Key folder. https://communities.vmware.com/t5/Training-License-Documents/tkb-p/27111
You must be logged in to access the VCI folders. If you log in and still don't have access, then please let me know.
Thanks, Jen
@thinkcloudmento
All current VCIs should have access to the area of VMTN where these are published, have you tried reaching out to VMware directly?
@jenmyers - can you help with this?
