@Hoss307 Look at the link that I posted in my first reply, and that Tim has also posted, holders of VCP6-DCV now have to take the same path as someone with no previous VMware certifications.

Currently, the webpage https://home.pearsonvue.com/vmware/contact/online does not contain any information on how to get in touch, only the statement: "The information on this page addresses self-administered online tests beginning with exam codes 1V0, 2V0, 2VB, and 5VB." Are there any other courses of action you recommend in order to get in contact with support? I would appreciate any help I can get.
