Hi, I did this, was told they cant do anything and to contact Pearson Vue... which is like pulling your own teeth out. Its beyond impossible to get them to listen or do anything other than copy and paste a response, that neither answers the questions asked and just shows they haven't read anything i said

This is the issue. They just state the transaction was not processed and wont listen to what i am trying to tell them. It really is impossible to deal with them. I've sent bank statements to them to show the transactions etc, they just havent got a clue. All i want to do is book an exam, but as they blocked my account and wont unblock it until i pay them a fee they are not owed, from 18 months ago apparently, what am i meant to do?

Been trying to book my VCP6 exam, but then Pearson Vue are involved and are making it an impossible, frustrating task to do. Its beyond embarrassing. They have blocked my account as they claim i owe them an exam fee from a previous exam. I didnt, i paid for the exam, it had issues and kept crashing so the fee was refunded. How is that my issue? I cant book the exam as they have blocked my account and all they say is "ring us and make payment". they dont listen to anything you tell them, or email them... They are clearly a "computer says no" company, employing idiots who have no clue either. All i want to do is book my exam, so how can i book it when they block my account and dont have a clue how to resolve it? Its like dealing with morons

Did you ever get this sorted? I am having the same issue with Pearson Vue now and their ability to sort this out is absolutely laughable, they don't seem to have a clue how to sort it as its no on the screen in front of them, so they just lie and make things up. Really need to know how i can go about booking the exam i have been trying to book for 3 weeks now, they are an absolute joke
