  Hi all, For me, I sent a couple of emails to both email addresses below and no response for the last 1 month and more :((  certification@vmware.com  mylearn_support@vmware.com I kindly reminded them to provide an update, but it seems like the person/group that receiving the email is purposely ignoring my request. This behavior does not reflect well on vendors such as VMware, it sounds very unprofessional. While I have been a loyal user of VMware in every organization I have worked for, I will try to move away from it.    Thanks

Hi team I have same problem where my account is deactivated and I sent per instructions email to VMware and I received first time response and after that they are ignoring me, no response at all. I am very disappointed at this point:(((  I have read this thread and sent email to certification@vmware.com. Thanks
