I have written and passed my VCA 2v0-01.19 on 13Jan 2022 and cleared it but my certificate is not appearing on certmanager where it show exam is passed have written multiple emails to vmware but nobody cares to revert have written email to certfication@vmware.com no revert from there as well.Kindly at least reply .

I have written exam on 13jan 2022 and still havent received the certificate.I have raised a vmware ticket as well but nobody cares to revert .Vmware certmanger shows the exam is passed but my certificate is not there to download  .How long should I wait?
