That is fantastic, I did realize the Troubleshooting classes only prereq was the Install/Config class.

I am looking for a article called "layers if indirection". I heard about it on the Communities Roundtable Podcast. I believe it was written by one of the storage guys, maybe Scott Lowe or Chad Sakac I have searched all over the palae but have been unable to find it.
