You will need to update your VCP, at the moment you can do that by passing the Professional exam for vSphere 7.x or vSphere 8.x https://www.vmware.com/learning/certification/vcp-dcv.html
Look through the exam guide for the exam for DCV and work out what knowledge gaps you have. https://www.vmware.com/learning/certification/vcp-dcv-8-exam.html

Did your training registration and exam registration use the same email address? If so, there shouldn't be anything you need to do - just wait and your certification should be confirmed. If not, you need to email certification@vmware.com and ask them to merge your accounts on their system (this is a user forum and not a substitute for opening a ticket with the team at VMware)
I don't know if there are other partner-only badges, but the Application Modernization section of this page has certifications and badges for Tanzu: https://www.vmware.com/learning/certification.html
