Your VMware Learning account is not organizationally tied. You should be able to change the email of that to your personal email. You should be able to do this by going into https://mylearn.vmware.c...

Your VMware Learning account is not organizationally tied. You should be able to change the email of that to your personal email. You should be able to do this by going into https://mylearn.vmware.com, go to MyProfile and select Update MyProfile. If that does not work, send an email to me directly (lbourque@vmware.com) and let's see what we can do.

I don't know if there is anything we can do but we can try to help. Today is a holiday here in the US so I don't know that I'll get a response but I can, at least, ask our certification team if they can escalate your request.

If you do email, the info that I would need to help make process this faster would be the following: The class name and code (usually a 6-7 digit number) OR the dates the class would run and method of training (in person, Online, OnDemand) Your email address you use for registering for the class. Sorry you're experiencing this and hopefully we can get this resolved quickly for you.

If you go here: eTextbooks | Rent or Buy Online Textbooks | VitalSource and download the app you can get your book again. You also can see the book via the web interface.
Actually, can you check in Certification Manager and see if you see something like this certifications: What you should see if the PDF option. Is this the part that you aren't seeing?
