If you're looking for a book, I'd suggest getting the official VCP guide. I found Mastering to be very redundant with the previous versions, and it doesn't cover a lot of the new functionality specific to v6.

All, While studying for the VCP6-DCV delta exam I started writing out my own study guide. The idea was to hopefully codify and synthesize the knowledge in my brain, but I also hoped to be able to provide it to others in order to assist in their certification journey. Well, I ran out of time and unfortunately have an incomplete study guide. I wanted to link that guide here to hopefully help people out, but also to solicit help from anyone who may be interested in teaming up to complete the materials.
