Hi p0wertje Thank you for your reply. I think the control plane is integrated into Manager since NSX-T 2.4. Is it okay to assume that even if NSX-T Manager stops completely, there will be no impact? In this case, it is beyond the scope of control plane , so I imagine that it will have an impact. For example, if NSX-T Manager stops completely, I think that the network created by NSX-T Manager will not be usable. Best Regards.

Hi I am currently conducting a failure test during the HCX migration. If I stop HCX-Manager or HCX-IX during the migration, the migration will result in an error. Is this a specification move? Also, does the above error occur regardless of the migration direction? For example, in the case of "on-premises → Cloud" migration, I would like to know if there are cases where the migration will continue even if the Manager on the Cloud side stops. Best regards.

Hi ChrisFD2. I tried to verify. I have confirmed that REDEPLOY is done by removing the appliance and then resyncing. (WAN was not in the environment, so only IX and NE...) Follow the steps below as a basic recovery method in the event of a failure on the three appliances. 1. Deletion of failed appliance 2. Run resync from Service Mesh (Appliance RED EPLOY) Best Regards.
Hi ChrisFD2. Thank you reply messages. I need to remove the existing Service Mesh before redeploy, or should I operate from "EDIT SERVICE MESH" and FINISH?
