After choosing apps in the common options like sticky notes and calculator, OSOT removes all the other apps. But it's leaving white icons behind, and if I click on any of the removed apps, it just opens the Store app instead. How do I remove all the icons as well? (I'm using Horizon 7.13.2, OSOT 1.1 on Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2.)
I removed a full VM from the pool to troubleshoot some issues with the pool, but I would like to add it back. Is there a process to do this within the database or ADAM?

We have primary and backup internet providers, but our UAG is only accessible on the primary IP address and hostname. So if our primary internet goes down, we can't access Horizon due to public DNS pointing to the primary IP address. I think I need to set up a second public DNS entry, (for example vdi2.example.com) with a different IP address. Is it possible to add another interface to my existing UAG's with a second hostname, or do I need to create a completely new UAG with its own IP and hostname "vdi2.example.com"?
Hi guys, I just upgraded from 2106, and now my management console is missing the computer environment tab and the user environment tab only has 5 settings. Did I do something?

OneDrive is currently backing up the known folders for users, but when I update the gold master or recover a VDI, the user has to manually re-start the known folder backup again. This only happens when I need to recreate the VDI, because it works fine across log outs/reboots once it's been set to redirect.I have the GPO's configured to silently move known folders and auto-login OneDrive. It seems to do everything except the actual redirection. (This an instant clone pool, so I'm also using DEM and FSLogix office containers). This is what it says after recovering or updating a VDI on first boot, every single time:

What could cause a 2-3 second disconnect when doing a UAG vmotion between hosts on the same network and datastore? This recently started happening after we moved from NSX-V to NSX-T and rebuilt the load balancer, so I really don't even know where to begin to troubleshoot it. In my experience I've never seen vmotion cause any disconnections ever on any VM, so I'm surprised to see this happening at all (regardless of NSX settings).

You're correct that rebooting the Windows Server that's hosting the fslogix (profiles or containers) will basically crash all VDI sessions. I don't use any clustering or HA for the file servers, so instead I've configured it so Windows Updates only run on weekends with no auto-reboot. On Horizon, I have all VDI set to auto log-off after about 18 hours, which allows the sessions to stay connected during the week but log out on Saturdays. Sometimes I will manually log out sessions during maintenance windows before rebooted the file server. It's not perfect, but I find it much better than dealing with many VDI's with massive OST files. Since I only use Fslogix for Office containers and not profiles, the worst that can happen during a file server reboot is everyone loses their Outlook ost and Office cache files. It's not a big deal and sometimes I have to manually delete the vhdx files if they get corrupted anyway. However, using Fslogix for profiles is a different beast. For profiles, I'm currently using OneDrive for Business with Files-on-Demand, along with Vmware DEM. This allows a user to login to a new profile, and items appear on the desktop as they get downloaded while DEM handles stuff like printers and personalization/settings. It's also not a flawless solution since OneDrive can be finnicky, but most users don't even notice a difference.

I'm trying to upgrade my two UAG's (version 3.9), so I've enabled "Quiesce" mode on one of them. I have a load balancer in front and behind them, but the active session count goes up and down instead of just going down. For example, when I enabled it yesterday it had 18 active sessions, and overnight that dropped for 3 or 4. Today it's back to 15+ active sessions. How can this even be possible if quiesce (getting sick of typing that word already) mode is enabled and it's not supposed to accept any connections at all? Could there be a load balancer issue or something else that may be overriding it?

I installed the new OSOT MDT plugin, and now when I run the script to create a new VDI, MDT just stops at "Select a Task Sequence" and I have to click Next and then select each application manually. I originally followed this guide to set it all up, and it used to be completely automated with no user interaction, but now it stops here:
