We are evaluating Workspace ONE UEM for remotely installing and launching an Android app. The app installs OK, but we can't get it to launch after an update. We need it to launch, because it runs a critical service on the device. To launch the app, we have setup a product that executes a Run Intent on the device. The Run Intent was setup under a File/Action and was then added to the product. The product is visible under Product List View. The product is activated but the status is stuck as "Non-Compliant - In Progress". Forcing it to reprocess does not work. The product never runs. Questions: 1. Is the product not running because the status is "Non-Compliant"? 2. Why is the product Non-Compliant? We are testing on one device, and the device shows up as Compliant in the Devices list View. We don't have any compliance policies setup. Two screenshots of the product views are attached. Any help would be appreciated. Also, if there is a different approach to remotely launching an app, we would be interested to find out how this is possible? Thanks
