Horizon version : 2209 Hello, Recently, I had the mission to create the VDI pools for my company. I created a Windows 22H2 test master without any third-party software installation and any updates (only Horizon agent and NVIDIA drivers) and with optimization with Vmware's tool. I created a test pool (one with customization specifications to integrate the machine into the AD domain and the other without). This is a full clone virtual machine (not manual) In both cases I have a problem, to access the VDI directly after the creation it goes well with the Horizon client, but when I reboot the VDI, impossible to access it and by some miracle when I manage to accessing it the VDI is very slow with a 30% use of the blast process on the CPU. I can access to VDI with RDP and network connectiviy and there are no problems with network connectivity (DNS, IP, DHCP). I have 3 errors on the Horizon agent logs: INFO Parsing Plugin, name: LocalDiskConfigProvider, priority: 5, enabled: 0 INFO Skip loading component LocalDiskConfigProvider as it is disabled ERROR Failed to get config provider plugin ERROR classId is required Error code 0x00000001 -- Incorrect function. ERROR Failed to load environment for user DOMAIN\Username(1), will try 30 seconds later. If anyone can help me please... EDIT : I thought my 2 problems had the same cause but apparently not. I managed to solve my lag problem after the reboot with this topic: https://communities.vmware.com/t5/Horizon-Desktops-and-Apps/Monitor-issues-IDD-or-svga-driver-Horizon-agent-2111-1-and-VM/td-p/2893160 But I still can't solve the fact that I can't reach the VDI with the Horizon Client (Blast) after rebooting it on some VDIs... If someone can help me? Thanks in advance.
