Is it possible to apply multiple workspace one mdm to manage the same device or federate it?, for example Company A manages the device for base access and core config, but Company B can manage the device for actual apps applied to the device. In the scenario Company A would not see the apps applied, only the fact that device hasn’t broken base config.
