Hello,  We are using O365 with Horizon desktop, the application is installed on the image. Users are continually being prompted to enter their password after opening Outlook especially after an AD password change.  We are using DEM but the password is not being saved for the users.  Below is the O365 config file.   How do we save the password for Outlook on the Horizon desktop? Hello, I am in the process of setting DEM up with the proper settings so that the credentials for Teams are saved after logging into a non persistent desktop the 1st time.  I enabled the configuration file for Microsoft Teams in DEM which does appear to save the creds however at the same time it disables the start button in the bottom left corner of the Horizon desktop. Below is the Teams configuration file:  [IncludeFolderTrees] <AppData>\Teams <AppData>\Microsoft\Teams <LocalAppData>\Microsoft\Teams <LocalAppData>\Microsoft\TeamsMeetingAddin [ExcludeFolderTrees] <AppData>\Microsoft\Teams\Cache <AppData>\Teams\Logs <AppData>\Microsoft\Teams\Application Cache <AppData>\Microsoft\Teams\tmp <AppData>\Microsoft\Teams\lockfile <AppData>\Microsoft\Teams\blob_storage <AppData>\Microsoft\Teams\databases <AppData>\Microsoft\Teams\Indexeddb <AppData>\Microsoft\Teams\Local Storage <AppData>\Microsoft\Teams [ExcludeFiles] <AppData>\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\logs.txt <AppData>\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\settings.json [IncludeRegistryTrees] HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Teams [Metadata] DirectFlexPath=%LOCALAPPDATA%\microsoft\teams\update.exe DirectFlexPath=%LOCALAPPDATA%\microsoft\teams\current\teams.exe [Immidio Flex] This file was created using VMware DEM Management Console version 10.1.0.959. Hi @mrkasius,  Ok, so is there a setting on the Pool or even on the image that would discard SSO credentials due to timeout or screen lock? Thanks! Rachel

We (USCU) have a random but wide spread issue for users when they login to a Horizon desktop and attempt to launch Outlook. Sometimes they will receive the message "Primary account not found." Signing out of VDI and back in SOMETIMES helps resolve the issue but that is not a good solution. We are looking for a root cause and solution to the problem. I am in the process of capturing screen shots of the error from the user(s). Has anyone experienced this issue when on a Horizon desktop and attempting to open Outlook? Thank you.
@Pim_van_de_Vis  I have confirmed it is installed in the Roaming folder

Hello @AnupKshetri ,  I realize this is an old post but I'm hoping someone will be able to assist me. I am using VMware Horizon and assigned Acrobat via an AppVolume/Package. One of our users is saving large amount of temp files/logs to her writable.  I am looking for a way to exclude the temp files and logs that Adobe creates via DEM.   What would I need to add to my DEM configuration to do that? Currently there is nothing but this in my configuration for Acrobat: [IncludeRegistryTrees] HKCU\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat Thank you! Rachel
@Dave34, I have not found a solution yet to this issue.  I opened a case with iGEL support as well as posting here.

Hello,  I am looking for a DEM config file for Adobe Acrobat specifically to exclude log files.  One of our users has a large writable due to log files that are being saved and I would like to be able to exclude the saving of log files for Adobe Acrobat using DEM.  Is this possible? What would the entries look like for the DEM config file? Thank you, Rachel

As you can see there is NO domain in front of the username from the above. I asked the person to put the domain in front of the username upon logging into Horizon on the iGEL device which they did as displayed in the attached image called USCU_IGEL1.PNG.  After they click enter the user is asked to change their password (as see in attached file called USCU_iGEL2.PNG) and you can see the Username field is grayed out and does NOT contain the domain. Any suggestions on what to do next?   Thank you.

We (LSCU) have a few users that connect to a Horizon desktop from a Teradici with multiple monitors and at some point in their day, they disconnect from that and attempt to reconnect to the desktop on a Teradici with a single monitor (or vice versa, single to dual).  When they attempt this reconnection they typically get a black screen and one of two things will happen: a) kicks the user out with this error: You have been disconnected due to a configuration error (OX202) b) load up The pool is setup to use Blast. Horizon version 8.0, 2012 Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hello @da2125 , Adding this registry key would prevent ALL popups from occurring, correct?  Not just for this specific issue...?  I have the same problem for only two users and that is because Access is installed on the image and these two users were given an AppStack with Access installed.  I believe this has caused some corruption in their writable volume because when the AppStack is removed the SVOffice Login error no longer occurs (which is the solution based on this VMware KB https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/84116).  Unfortunately, they receive THIS error (see attached screen shot as well): Microsoft Office Standard 2016 Error 2711: An internal error has occurred.  (ACCESSFiles                 ) And they are not able to use Access.  Once we add the AppStack back to them, the SVOffice reappears but they CAN use Access. I am looking for a way to NOT HAVE to apply the AppStack to them but also stop the Internal error message from occurring. Is there a way to clean-up a writable without deleting it?
