@Acutus1 , Try verifying SQL credentials (Use SQL Management studio and login with credentials provided inside Connection Server/Event DB)

@GJCardiff  By default, the VMware Horizon Web Portal page shows both an icon for downloading and installing Horizon Client and an icon for connecting through HTML Access. The default values defined in the portal-links-html-access.properties file determine the download link that appears on the VMware Horizon Web Portal page. Nice script from ControlUP (Wouter Kursten). ControlUP is now part of VMware so I can paste the link here https://www.controlup.com/script-library-posts/get-horizon-client-information/

Hi @GJCardiff  I have checked Page Source of my HTML portal (2111): It looks like the option Launch Native Client is now hidden ;).
Hi @CarlosVGM  This will give you a list of compatible combination of Horizon with UAG:
Hi @DiogoSousa20111  Horizon Client Version can be checked from Sessions Tab inside Horizon Console:

Hi @ChevUribe , Is it linked-clone pool? Provisioned status is displayed when VM is powered OFF. I would concentrate on the reason why this is happening. Have yoy checked power plan settings (disable hibernation, change to Best Performance, disable Turn off Display etc.). What is the OS inside VDI? If it's Windows Server, license might be expired and VM will shut down after an hour.

Hi, Have you tried disabling RADIUS as authentication Setttings first:   Download JSON, modify, upload modified JSON. It's a little bit of a pain, but I was able to do it by downloading the json file.  Look for the following: "com.vmware.horizon.adapters.certificateAdapter.CertificateAuthAdapter",       "enabled": "true",        "enableCertCRL": "false", Change enabled to false, save to a different name and upload the file.  Worked for me.   After that you should be able to disable RADUS from Edge Services. @MichaelLeonard glad I could help
@MichaelLeonard it looks like you have an old licensing model: Try contacting VMware Partner asking on how to uograde your license to current VMware Horizon Enterprise licensing model.
@MichaelLeonard can you deploy a test CS server and apply the same lic key to your test instance of CS? Is it the same issue on test CS?
@flugelhorn333  Can you provide more details? CS version? Thin Client model? Do you experience the same issue with Horizon Client for Windows?
@MichaelLeonard , have you tried to re-apply the license key? Looking at Activated features you have Horizon Standard Key. Is your Horizon 8 license Permanent or Subscription?
Hi @Shanek22 , Have you used vSphere Customization at some point? Check if option Automaticaly logon as Administrator is selected. If yes, uncheck it ;).
Hi @sjesse , When you create new package On-demand option will be available to you:
