I did a ipconfig /release and turned off parent vm. Took a snapshot and pushed via instant clone. Noticed still push failed. Thanks, Ram
I may also exceed any instant clone or desktop license? Where should I check license details with numbers? Thanks, Ram
Should I use ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew on the parent vm then take a snapshot? or just ipconfig /release and turn off parent vm then a snapshot?   Thanks, Ram

Hi Team, I have installed a new OS for a parent vm. Then installed couple of softwares and joined to domain. Noticed IP address is valid and able to browse.  I kept shut down the parent VM and took a snapshot. I created a instant clone options in horizon administrator window and pushed snapshot on the console.  After 30 minutes, the status shows as Push Failed. As a first level tests, verified domain joined and IP address valid on the parent vm.  Please help. Thanks, Ram

HI Team, We have an application and the user settings will save under C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\<SOFTWARE NAME> This application is deployed via app stack. Each time when a user login, user needs to set settings every time. I wanted to check if we can save <SOFTWARE NAME> folder from above location for respective users? This application is not installed on a parent VM and pushed to VM's. This is via app stack. Thanks, Ram

Hi Team, Normally when we add users in AD, a default domain users group will be added. We are planning to provide VDI access to external vendor where I don't need to have this user under domain users group. I created a new security group and added this vendor user. But I am not able to access VDI desktop and getting closed after seeing loading windows screen. If I have this user in Domain users group, then external vendor can access through VDI desktop pool. Please help. Thanks, Ram
