if you update to 14.4.2 or higher, you can then manually remove the orphaned exchange account in the device settings and then repush the profile or re-enroll.

Hey all, Wanted to check if you started recently seeing that a profiled Exchange account remains even after removing the device management from the device. We have had a few instances of this and it is affecting the re-enrollment of the device as the account has remained and AW won't reinstall the account. Getting the error "account already exists" on the console logs. I have also noticed that in some instances the account defectively comes through on a iCloud restore, leaving management unavailable and no way to remove the Exchange account as it still shows controlled by the profile. The device management profile in Settings> General is not present. Support has confirmed this is a current bug and working with Apple to resolve, but wanted to check if any others are seeing this or have found a way to remove manually. Console version is 20.08 and iOS devices are generally iOS 14.4 or 14.4.1. Thanks!

We are seeing the same when the MAG/VPN Tunnel is opened via an internally developed app. Compromised Protection is enabled currently on the console and Hub Version is 19.08.0. Is the solution to temporarily turn off Compromised Protection? Does turning this off in a production environment affect anything else?
