Hi, As you still don't have a reply i will at least give a general answer: If i would have to place a bet: mine would go to no. Virtual printers, like cutePDF or other PDF printers integrate in the OS, quite deep. If you would try to use this from an external app, this will definitively not work as the other (native) application (os) does not even know a printer has been 'installed'. In your case however the same capture would try to use it. There might be a tiny chance it works. But i assume you would be quite lucky. My guess is you will have to break the install into 2 pieces. The (ThinApped) application and a native installed virtual printer driver. Just a tip for your next post: provide some more information about your application (name, version) and in this case, also the virtual printer being installed. Kind regards, Michael Baars (Please remember to mark the question answered when done and reward points to those who helped you)

Hi, The path used is not the real 'short filename format' (8.3), as in that way it would be shortened to ABCDEF~1.XXX (it numbers it at the end then). For some reason the file names are incorrectly resolved. Check your entrypoint definition (package.ini) and configuration files of the application if there the 'short format' is used... To get it operational, you could of course just install it in the C-root in a 8.3 compatible folder. I know it is a wor-around, but it at least would work. Kind regards, Michael
