Hi, Sorry for the delay. The issue was resolved by setting IP address of App Volumes servers on virtual desktops insted of their names. I guess it's related to a name resolution issue. Regards.

Hi, I've deployed SAP 7.40 on Windows Server 2012 R2 and randomly SAP becomes frozen inside users sessions. We use W2K12 as virtual desktops. We tried to deploy SAP with AppVolumes and ThinApp, same result. I had a similar issue on a Citrix XenApp environment and applying a specific theme (Enjoy) in SAP had resolved the issue. But on Horizon it's not enough. Are there other recommandations on Horizon? Thanks

Hi all, In Horizon 7 I'd like users to be able to access USB keys in their virtual desktop but not local drives (C or D drive for example). I use UEM so I created a Horizon Smart Policy to disable client drives redirection but USB keys seem to be disabled too, even with USB redirection enabled. I guess USB redirection is related to webcams, smartphones, etc. So is it possible to only map USB keys but not local drives? Thanks

Hi, We are using UEM 9.1 on Horizon 7.0.2 and Windows Server 2012 R2 as virtual desktops, and App Volumes 2.11 for applications. Writable volumes are disabled, so we store user's customizations in UEM archive profiles. But everytime a users connects he sees a box showing "applying custom parameters" for "Windows Media Player Microsoft", "c:\windows\syswow64\rundll32.exe", "c:\windows\sysWOW64\mscories.dll,Install". I think we have to create a rule in UEM to store some Explorer customizations in roaming profiles but I don't know which ones. The result is a black screen of 8-10 seconds at every logon. Thanks. Arnaud

Hi, We have 2 AppVolumes Managers and sometimes logon is very long (the 3 minutes timeout) and we see a box saying that appvolumes manager is unreachable. So Appstacks are not connected even if the second server is reachable. We have no network connectivity issue. On the first server we see these errors in log files: Re-using "Hypervisor <Multiple vCenters>" - 53 secs old - Not yet connected On virtual desktop: [svservice:P844:T4924] Successfully launched: svservice.exe message "Connection Error The infrastructure is made of: App Volumes 2.11 on Windows Server 2012 R2 Horizon 7.0.2 (virtual desktops are Windows Server 2012 R2) vCenter 6.0 / ESXi 6.0 Have you any ideas? Thanks.

Hi all, At a customer site I have created several printers policies in UEM to connect printers based on subnet location. Randomly, printers are not created. The Customer has Horizon 7.0.2 and UEM 9.1.0. Do you know if there are known issues with UEM and printers mapping? We have tried to disable printers deletion at logoff but printers are not visible either. Same issue with default printer chosen by end users, they are not retained between sessions. Thanks
