Maybe it's a bug, but it works fine for me regardles of storage of Thinapp sandbox. Can you, please, attach Package.ini file?
I didn't get a point why you don't use RemoveSandboxOnExit feature of Thinapp?

Hello This will be isolation problem. Mostly your software saves attachements into some directory which is in your sandbox and therefore is not accessible in other applications (applications not virtualized and not running in virtual buble). Can you, please, check which directory are your attachements stored in? What's exact path? Have a nice day,
What is Excel Addin? Have virtualized "excel addin"?
Isn't problem with some subfolder of %programdata%\Rosetta? I would use Process Monitor to find out what data application cannot access.
Does "your page" use any midleware (Java, Silverlight,...)?
Application has to use API functions to detect name of the computer.
Are your virtual registries huge? What about count of items in virutal filesystem?

Yes it is possible. You can package application with .NET Framework or you without it and install .NET Framework natively on machine.
