Yeah, makes sense. That also allows for exclusion then which means we can have an assignment group that adds iOS 13 devices as they check in and get excluded from the compliance policy.

Hey All, Curious if anyone has any folks already upgrading to iOS 13 and if they are seeing any issues with devices being marked as compromised. We have 9 developers that have upgraded for testing and 3 of the 9 have been marked as compromised after upgrading but 6 of them seem to be fine. I'm guessing something is going a little weird during the update process that confuses Intelligent Hub but was curious if anyone else is seeing odd behavior.

Being able to pop open an app and have it work is neat but honestly between the behavior on Android feeling a bit clunky (iOS seems silky smooth I'll admit) and folks needing to download an additional app it may make more sense to simply ask people to be on-network or use our traditional VPN service they are used to in effort to avoid confusion.

Has anyone seen a way to setup the per-app VPN tunnel configuration such that it is the default for an app but not necessarily required? As it stands now it seems that if I send down an app configuration that uses the per-app tunnel it is essentially required. We have apps that work on both corporate wifi and VPN so ideally we'd like to be in a situation where the app tries to use per-app VPN and if it's not available for any reason (Tunnel hosts are down, they forgot to install the VMWare Tunnel app, etc) and are on a network that would normally work for the app they are still able to connect.
In our experience the Intelligent Hub app is indeed displaying an education screen however the normal workflow doesn't actually take you to the app at that point - you are in Safari and then direc...

In our experience the Intelligent Hub app is indeed displaying an education screen however the normal workflow doesn't actually take you to the app at that point - you are in Safari and then directed to go to Settings to install the profile so the end user doesn't actually see the screen unless they decide to go back to the app. Not sure if this is a limitation somewhere within iOS but it seems making the Safari page that pops up have the instructions would be a better place for them.
