Since you haven't mentioned App volumes, I think all the apps are part of the master image. In that case Since there is no direct upgrade path its best to build a new environment and move the users. Is there any reason you don't wanna move to 7.4 ?

We had some thing similar where users were complaining about disconnection of session and application not available. Opened a support case and they informed to update the VMtools to 10.1.15 and view agent to 7.3.2.After doing that we did not have any issues of application not available or disconnection in session. Our Environment is Horizon 7.2 RDSH hosts 2012 with app volumes integration vSphere 6.5 Hope this helps
We have tried installing the View agent 7.3.2(based on VMware support team advice) and until now the RDS hosts are stable. Will continue monitoring and will update.

Hi We are recently encountering the message "VMwareViewClipboard.exe-System Error" while logging in to the desktop. But this issue is random and specific to users, few users accessing the same desktop pool don't get it. The envir9onemnt is in Horizon 7.2, App volumes 12.12 and UEm 9.1. Previous the the clipboard policy was enabled in the GPO. Please Advice.

Hi We have Horizon environment in which we have RDS hosts that are presented with App stacks for presenting applications. We are noticing the RDS hosts randomly changes to agent unreachable state. We tried to very the network but we don't have interruption neither in the vcenter there is any registered events. Just positing to check any one else is facing this issue Versions Horizonà7.2.0 build-5735293 App volumes : 2.12.0.70 UEM : 9.1.0.175 Its a Windows 2012 farm. Please Advice
