Hi Rok1215 Which build and version of Windows are you running on your computer? Please check if the fonts are listed in Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Fonts in VDI. Please check again if the fonts are listed in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts on problematic VDI. Do you see the fonts under %systemdrive%\Windows\Fonts on VDI? Are you installing fonts by doing right click and 'Install fonts for all users' on gold image?

Its not required to keep master image in domain. During customization it automatically gets joined to domain using 'Instant clone administrator' account. Add an Instant-Clone Domain Administrator in Horizon Console One of the problem keeping it to domain is, if customization fails due to domain join issues, you will not get an idea that it is failing due to domain join as machine is cloned out of master image which is already in domain.

During the installation, are you selecting 'Enable SSL connection' checkbox? De-select this checkbox and try again. Please share the quickprep log from the machine which is stuck in customization. The file is under %systemdrive%:\Windows\Temp\VMware\vmware-viewcomposer-ga-new.log on that VM. Also provide the netsetup and netlogon log files from %systemdrive%:\windows\debug folder.

Hi mrstorey303 UAG is not required for internal connections. UAG is a reverse proxy device which is ONLY required for external connections(deployed in DMZ) however you can configure it for both internal as well as external connections but that means even your internal connections have to go through an extra hop which is not required at all since internal connections are always trusted. This answers your last question as well, since UAG's job is to direct ONLY authenticated request to internal resources, it has to tunnel the initial connection request, you can not disable tunneling on UAG. The secondary connection which is when you launch your desktop (PCoIP,blast,RDP) can be configured to by pass tunneling and make a connection directly to VDI.

So if you are running 7.10 connection server, you can install 7.9 or 7.11 agent. However it is always recommended to use same connection server and view agent versions unless told by vmware support.

The default outlook config template present in DEM is same for both outlook online mode and cached mode. You don't need to modify it unless you are trying to capture any other setting Or may be troubleshooting a problem.
