I have a very similar issue. Our team has Samsung 8+ Plus units
Another thing I would check is time on the the View connection servers and the VIDM servers.    The systems have a very low tolerance for out of sync time.
So after 3 months, dozens on calls with engineering the issue was found.  It was not with IDM but with the load balancer.   We had gzip enabled on the Nginx context and that was the cause.   Ever... See more...

I am having the same issue and have not been able to solve it.  I tried the rabbitmq troubleshooting steps but no luck.
