You can fix that issue by doing the following:
Yes I'm using the latest 5.15 release, what version of exchange are you on? We are still stuck on 2010 so maybe that's why your seeing something different than me.

Hey Cody I saw something similar back when this feature was in beta and the fix was to go into Outlook on a desktop computer and make sure you specifically assign delgation access to that calendar for the requested user. I could be wrong but its my understanding at this point that if the user is not specifically listed as a delegate it won't work even if the calendar is open to the public in general.

MarcinCzaban I've done a little bit of testing with the Outlook app from time to time just to stay current on what MS is up to with the app and in my experience its some times faster then Boxer other times its on par with it. Boxers FastSync feature is pretty awesome if you haven't tried it yet but ultimately both platforms are cracking down more and more on background syncing apps so I think third party apps are always going to be battling to keep up with the speed of native apps. One thing to do on Android is make sure users have turned off the battery optimization feature as Android's algorithm well cause a pretty big delay if the user is not a heavy user of their mobile mail client since it looks to see how much and how often you interact with each app so if they are not constantly using it the it will push it way down the priority list. Also in regards to ENS for the Outlook app its my understanding (someone correct me if I'm wrong) but Outlook Mobile app runs over Exchange Web Services which ENS runs over that as well so if you have used the Hosted version of ENS I'm going to guess the Outlook Mobile App has MS version of that built into the app that gets pushed by default based on your exchange server where as VMware/WS1 has you add a specific line to the config since they are not the actual Mail Server. VMware Boxer’s new FastSync tech could usher in a better third-party email experience

I wonder if the new "Shared iPad" feature in iOS 13.4 would correct this behavior Shared iPad • Shared iPad is available for Managed Apple IDs created in Apple Business Manager. • The new MDM Settings command SharedDeviceConfiguration enables dynamic quota management for users and apps. When you set up a new Shared iPad in iOS 13.4 you can specify the amount of space to be used for each user's local storage, instead of specifying a number of local users, and space for apps will be allocated as needed, instead of fixed during setup. Additional space for local user storage can be created by deleting apps on the device, or space for apps can be created by deleting cached user accounts from the device. If additional space is needed for a new user, the local data for the oldest user will be removed to make room, as before. • Users can now log into a temporary session on a Shared iPad. No user account or password is required, but none of the user's data is saved or synced to iCloud when they logout. This feature is enabled by default; it can be disabled by setting the allowSharedDeviceTemporarySession key to False in the Restrictions payload. • Screen recording is now available in Control Center on Shared iPads.

Funny you should mention that @jwkrock I'm getting the same error on a handful of Android devices today. The vast majority of my devices respond with no issue but have noticed about a dozen of them haven't taken a Hub or Boxer update in quite some time so I tried to manually force it. When I did I saw the error you mentioned on about 7 of the 12 devices that were out of date.

As it stands Boxer can only mirror over what is shown on the lock screen to the Apple Watch. If users are looking for the same functionality that the Apple Mail/Calendar has with the Apple Watch they will be disappointed. Better integration was shown on a few different road maps early last year then taken off altogether later in the year as it was not a high enough requested feature for them.  If this is something your users want or need I suggest submit the feature request in the new portal (linked below) and hopefully it will get up voted enough that they will finally take action on it. https://wsone-productivity.ideas.aha.io/ideas

Daniel did you happen to create App Collections inside the Managed Google Play Store by chance. The default is the apps are all dumped into one location but if you went in and created groups to sort your apps you have to go back in and move them to the correct group afterwards. This process is dumb and once you create a app collection you can never go back to the normal default. If you did just go back in as if you were going to select another app but instead on the left side click Organize apps and then add the app you want to your collection you created and you should be all set.
Daniel if you open up the Hub do the apps show up in there?

Stevin I actually had this issue reported to me by and end user Tuesday night (which is why I original asked if anyone reached out to support) I got lucky and the device the user reported is the same device I have as a test device (Galaxy S8) so I was able to verify it was broke. I started doing some internal testing and was about to open a ticket with support when I realized that editing passcode profile which bumped it up a version fixed the issue. We are a SaaS customer and were recently upgraded to 1910 so I'm guessing something with the upgrade jacked up the profile config but I'm not 100% either way that worked for us hopefully it works for everyone else as well. We opted not to go the XML route since editing the config did the trick.
