I tried to use FSlogix and it did not capture what was needed.

I think I recall in 8.0 of the Horizon Client that when a user disconnects from a session, the Horizon View Client would totally exit. With 8.2-8.3 I have noticed that when a users disconnects, they are still logged into the horizon server and any other person can come along and click the pool name and go right back into someones computer. How can I make it so that when they disconnect, it logs them out of the client and they have to log into the horizon view client again?

I am using UEM 9.0.0.156 and I am running into several obstacles. For the most part I am seeing it work as described, but I cant get outlook to get configured one time and that be it! Tired of seeing "preparing for first use" mess after a refresh. I followed several things that do not work, and this being the most recent. http://blogs.vmware.com/euc/2016/08/app-volumes-user-environment-manager-managing-ost-files.html‌ What didnt work for me there was my writable volumes never seem to mount. Always says detached and mounted 0 times. WHY? I cant figure that out. Then the User Environment Management Helpdesk Support Tool has parts that are grayed out and I cant use, why? I can view logs in Explorer but not in this app. Getting frustrated. See the areas grayed out.

I am using App Volumes to "push" Office 2013 and sometimes 2016 (its not working at that well) to a test group of Windows 7 VM's. Initially if I log in and setup outlook, then refresh the vm, or log into another vm at the same time, my settings are not saved or migrated. I feel like I have all the settings set right, according to what I have read and gotten from this site. Outlook goes through the setup process each time you have refreshed the image or log into another one. Any ideas?
That worked perfectly. Thank you.

Currently in my testing, UEM works as advertised. I have a group policy set to a test OU with some test users and all works. My thinking may be wrong, but what I would like to happen, is I would like to apply the UEM GPO to an OU with a particular group of VM's in there. Anyone logging onto these would get the UEM settings. In testing this does not work. Help?
That worked out really well. Thank you.

I am so new to UEM . I have read and watch videos and have a decent idea of how to map printers via groups, and place icons on the desktop, but what I am struggling with is how to set it all up so that when the user creates files on the desktop and in their docs, they stay on the network share so they they populate on another vm that they log into. Can anyone help the clueless? (ME)
How do I capture a profile I like and apply it to others?
UEM 9.0.0.156 and this is in a VDI environment. I did include 3 screenshots, did they not show up? Thanks for your help.

I am new to UEM and after reading several documents I still feel a bit lost. I want all users to get the same desktop setup. Computer and Files icon on the desktop, Firefox pinned to start menu and task bar, kill Action Center, get rid off all annoying crap on the start menu, minus control panel, and printers and user directory. I want this to be mandatory. How? Under personalization in UEM, I have Windows Explorer checked to use directflex and THATS IT. WHY is it that for one of my test users it shows all this? I think its saving all the things I am doing to Windows Explorer and task bar items, but for the other test users it IS NOT. Why? Printers?? What is with printer mapping? I have added serveral printers to the VMware UEM console and if I don't set a specific condition, all printers show up for all users where I have the UEM GPO applied. Is that how its supposed to be? I would rather it be the opposite... Thanks in advanced. Sincerly, Frustrated.
