I have a linked clone dedicated pool in 5.3. When I try to create a floating pool using the same image machine it succeeds. But if I try to use another image machine it fails - desktop get stuck in customizing state upon pool creation. Bothe images seem identical. What could be the problem?

Guys, I'd appereciate any help with my problem. I have a View 5.3 environment. I created one dedicated pool which works fine. When I try to create a floating pool using another VM as image desktops get stuck in customizing state. I can create the pool with the same parameters using the image that I use for dedicated pool but not the other one. Both images are identical. What could be the problem? Thank you.
